Alan Ritchson, soon to be seen in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and known to some as Arthur Curry in Smallville, has been announced for the role of Raphael in the upcoming Ninja Turtles. He is the first Turtle to be cast in Jonathan Liebesman's reboot and joins Megan Fox as April O'Neil.
The Michigan Film Office has posted a synopsis for Transformers 4 (which I do believe has since been removed). Prepare to have your mind blown -
If I were marketing a movie and I wanted to find a clever way of promoting a new official poster for said movie, I would want to advertise the link in a place guaranteed to attract a lot of studious eyes.
For Star Trek Into Darkness, that place is a frame of footage taken from the trailer featuring Alice Eve in her bra and pants, which is the home of a hidden bit.ly link to the brand new official poster.
The brand new international trailer for Star Trek Into Darkness is here and loaded with all-new footage.

The continuing magic of Twitter. This time Rocky himself has been tweeting about The Expendables 3.
So much of the Star Trek Into Darkness marketing has gravitated around the identity of Benedict Cumberbatch's villain, I wondered just how much the average (read: non-geek) viewer really cared about this. Before J.J. Abrams rejuvenated the Trek franchise, I suspect a large number of viewers had not sat through a full Trek movie, let alone seen Wrath of Khan, to properly invest in this mystery.
This latest Trek teaser seems to address this matter, providing the first piece of marketing to present a different kind of focus, this time on the heroes. The characters that made the first Trek reboot such a success are front and centre this time, offering us a look at the mayhem they will be getting up to in the sequel.
Like you, my favourite character in the Transformers trilogy was Josh Duhamel's Mr. Military Guy, but I always felt we could do with more.
