Iron Man 3 Armour Banner

Shane Black's turn in the director's chair for Iron Man 3 is one of the most anticpated titles of Comic Con and, prior to the panel today, Marvel left a pretty big piece of viral marketing in the lobby of the convention centre: the threads that all self-respecting billionaire-philanthropist-saviours-of-the-Earth will be sporting in 2013. Follow the jump for the full-size picture.

Django

Would you believe that Quentin Tarantino has never spoken at Comic Con before? He made up for his previous absence by bringing along his highly-anticipated new film Django Unchained, and hustled up a posse of the film's stars including Jamie Foxx (dressed for the occasion in hat and beard), Walton Goggins, Don Johnson, Christoph Waltz and Kerry Washington.

Elysium 3

The internet has melted with praise for the nine-minute test footage that Neill Blomkamp showed at Comic Con yesterday. The affable South African genius blew 4,000 geeks away with the from-out-of-nowhere genius of District 9 three years ago and it looks as if he is locked and loaded to blast the high expectations he set himself into a million tiny pieces.

Dredd Comic

Our review of Dredd is up now, and the good news is - well, I won't spoil it here, head over here to read what Tony Gringo thought of it.

ET

Spielberg – a man with a very diverse résumé and someone who’s no stranger to the science fiction genre. Having finished action adventure Indiana Jones in the early eighties, Spielberg returned to sci-fi with a very specific idea in mind: forming a friendship between a human and an unearthly creature.

Aztec Warrior

Sometimes you see a film in the making that looks so great in theory that you have to see it as soon as you possibly can - and by you I mean me, but hopefully you as well. Based on the latest concept art from Scott Sanders' Aztec Warrior - a  masked luchador facing down a giant familiar-looking robot whilst two office workers cower in the background - this is one of those, and it looks like we're all in for a liberal dose of lucha libre laughter with the directors latest effort - in theory of course.
