Michael Fassbender Still Talking About An X-Men: First Class Sequel

Michael Fassbender has revealed that another X-Men prequel is likely to be made to follow on from last year’s box office hit, X-Men: First Class.

fassbender-magneto Fassbender expressed his hopes to ComingSoon's SuperHeroHype who caught up with the actor earlier this month at the National Board of Review Gala in New York, where he received the Spotlight Award for his roles in four 2011 movies, which also including the first prequel.

He commented: "I have no choice. They contracted me for two options. I gotta get down with it," he joked. "We're at the ground level, but yeah I think there's going to be another one."

Fassbender’s latest role is in Steven Soderbergh's thriller Haywire which is currently in cinemas, and we will next see him in Ridley Scott's upcoming science fiction Prometheus, which is set to be released on 1st June.
