Anderson's latest film revolves around a disturbed and sex-obsessed World War 2 veteran returning home after the war, only to become enchanted with a cult and its leader played by Philip Seymour Hoffman.
Anderson’s previous films have all been critical successes, Boogie Nights, Magnolia & There Will Be Blood to name a few, and this looks set to be another notch on the bed post for him. The Master has already caused some controversy with the similarities between the film's fictional cult The Cause and Scientology, with many people saying Hoffman’s character is similar to L. Ron Hubbard, the creator of Scientology.
The new scene sets up Phoenix’s character performing an ink blot test and the results are all quite similar... Take a look below and see what shapes you can see!
