Subtitled The Dark World, Thor 2 is set to start filming in London and on nearby sound stages this summer, some of which is set to take place in some of London’s long tunnels. But why?
Bleeding Cool’s guess is that somebody, or something, is staying underground, out of the light, and it has been rumoured that there are elves in the film, more specifically the Dark Elves of Svartalfheim from the comics, many of which have lived in caverns and underground spaces.
Unfortunately nothing has been confirmed yet so this is all just guess work. Hopefully we will get some more information soon once the filming begins, but it’s certainly enough news to get us eagerly anticipating what the film will have to offer.
