Known best as James Cook in the second generation of Skins, he is no stranger to being nude in the name of acting. He’s been on the big screen before with roles in This is England, and Harry Brown. Rules dictate only 5% of the Skins cast is allowed to find success, so O’Connell is one of the lucky ones. On a scale of Ollie Barbieri to Nicholous Hoult, I’d put him somewhere between Joseph Dempsie and Daniel Kaluuya.
