Another Day, Another Awesome Looper Trailer

Looper - Joseph Gordon Levitt Top Slice

Yesterday Looper director Rian Johnson took to twitter to warn people to avoid any future Looper trailers to keep themselves fresh.

“If you're already set on looper, I'd avoid any trailers from here on out. They don't ruin the movie, but they tip a few things.” he warned.

Well, let's ignore that. Hot on the heels of yesterdays international trailer, a fancy new US one has travelled through time to arrive at this precise moment on your browser.

Take a few seconds to enjoy this one – there may be minor spoilers but there's also badass Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon-Levitt talking in a growly voice from under a mountain of prosthetics.

In Looper, time travel is a strictly black market affair. When the mob want to get rid of someone, they send their target 30 years into the past, where a "looper" is waiting to bag the target and clean up the evidence. Joe is one of these loopers, and everything is great, until the next person to travel back in time is his future self.

Personally, I couldn't be more excited for this movie – I've always been really impressed with Gordon-Levitt's work, and with Bruce Willis and Jeff Daniels joining the fracas there's no way this film can be anything other than fun.
