Set to be released in the US this week and later in the UK on 13th July, Seeking A Friend For The End Of The World follows neighbours Dodge (Steve Carell) and Penny (Keira Knightley) who, with only three weeks to live due to an impending asteroid, head out on a trip to find Dodge’s high school sweetheart and Penny’s family.
Directed by Lorene Scafaria (screenwriter of Nick & Norah’s Infinite Playlist), the film is her directorial debut and looks at the way people react to the news of the world ending, with a cast including Melanie Lynskey, Patton Oswalt, Rob Corddry, Gillian Jacobs, T.J. Miller and many more.
