There have been many, many (MANY) posters released for the upcoming final instalment in the Christopher Nolan directed Batman trilogy. We’ve covered the release of quite a few of them: here, here and here. The latest, released last week, are not that great either: here.
Warner Bros have tried to be clever in their marketing tactics, practically bombing us into submission with their dominance of the web. Despite all this online coverage, I’m yet to see much of these posters in the real world outside a cinema. Certainly in a digital sense, they’ve perhaps even overemphasised the point and I really think they could have come at it in a more effective way.
