Not much is known about the sequel to Judd Apatow's love it or hate it comedy Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, other than it's release date and that the main cast were returning.
Well, now it seems we have our first piece of casting info, as a casting agency in Atlanta (where the film is being shot) has advertised for a John C. Reilly lookalike.

With 2013 already rumbling along, our collective gaze now stretches ahead to the big cinematic releases of the coming months. One such title is Adam McKay's long-awaited comedy sequel, Anchorman: The Legend Continues, which promises the triumphant return of San Diego's premier mustachioed news host Ron Burgundy. Eagerly anticipated by Ferrell fans, scotch enthusiasts and quoteaphiles, the December 2013 release is already a dead-cert for the comedy event-movie of the year.

With the recent news that Anchorman 2 is set to go into production next February, writer and director Adam McKay has given a few hints about the upcoming teaser trailer, whilst a brilliant new poster has been released online.

It’s the sequel many of us never thought we would see. Several years ago, in their infinite wisdom, Paramount studios decided they didn’t think an Anchorman sequel would attract a large enough audience and so the dream looked dead and buried.
The execs clearly overlooked the fact that, for people aged between 21-30, it’s one of the most loved comedies in recent times. If you were a student between the years of 2004-2006 it was basically compulsory viewing. How did they ever come to that conclusion in the first place? The mind boggles.
